Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy


IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE: We are continuing to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Due to reduced warehouse staffing and mandatory Federal, State and County orders, there may be slight delays in order fulfillment. We recommend ordering in advance to allow for any possible delays.

Dutch Master Nutrients orders shall be processed and ready for dispatch within 2 business days of payment processing.

Shipping rates and times within the 48 contiguous states of America:
Standard shipping will be free on orders above $99 and charged at a flat rate of $15 on orders below $99. Orders shipped via standard UPS should arrive within 5 business days from dispatch and orders shipped via standard LTL freight service should arrive within 3 - 10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates. Any dates or times provided are estimations only. Note; holidays often cause delays in shipping times and we recommend you account for this when ordering. Dutch Master Nutrients LLC shall not be held responsible for unexpected delays caused by the shipping company, weather conditions or other factors beyond our control. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends and will be processed and/or dispatched the next business day. Freight times do not include the time required for order processing. 

Commercial orders shall typically ship via LTL freight. Signature is required for LTL delivery. As standard, we request delivery during normal business hours (Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm). If there are any specific hours during this window that you cannot accept delivery, please make note of this on your order. Note; if the order is unable to deliver during business hours and there were no alternate instructions specified on your order, you may be billed for a re-delivery fee.

Note: If the customer provides an incorrect delivery address, or the carrier is unable to deliver due to reasons pertaining to the recipient or delivery location, the customer will not be eligible for an order refund and may be required to pay a restocking and/or re-delivery fee. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery location is safe and secure. Dutch Master Nutrients will not be liable if an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, but has gone missing or been stolen. In this case the customer will need to file a claim directly with the carrier. If there is an issue with the delivery address on your order, please contact as quickly as possible. 


If a product you receive is not of normal industrial quality or damages/order discrepancies are found upon receipt of your order, you must report this finding to Dutch Master Nutrients LLC within 3 days of receipt of goods via the Contact Us form or via email to Please include your order number and a description (including photographs) of why you believe the product is defective, damaged or incorrect, and we will either, solely at the discretion of Dutch Master Nutrients LLC management, replace the product or issue you a credit for the product value to be used towards the purchase of products on We will not issue a refund on returns, please see Refunds Policy for more information.

For a return to be processed, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Returns will not be accepted if the product is in good condition or if delivery damage is superficial, affecting only the outer shipping packaging and materials. Light delivery wear and tear on product packaging, not affecting the efficacy or usability of the product, will not be deemed a reason for return.

If Dutch Master Nutrients LLC requires the product be returned to our warehouse, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number and a Return Form to include with your returned product. If Dutch Master Nutrients LLC accepts responsibility for the return, we will make shipping arrangements and cover the return shipping cost, otherwise return shipping will be at the expense of the customer.

Products purchased from another reseller must be returned to the original place of purchase. Dutch Master Nutrients LLC will only accept returns of products purchased directly from Dutch Master Nutrients LLC with a valid order number thereof.


Dutch Master Nutrients LLC will only allow refunds if a customer has been incorrectly charged for an order. Please report any issues regarding payments via the Contact Us form or via email to, quoting your order number and explaining the discrepancy in detail. 

Dutch Master Nutrients LLC will issue a refund to the original payment method or a credit to the customer's account should a product ordered be unavailable or on backorder at the time of purchase, and unable to be supplied within the standard order processing time aforementioned.

Dutch Master Nutrients LLC does not issue refunds for returns. Please see Returns Policy above.

Apparel items will ship separately within 2-7 days of receiving your order and will be delivered within 8 business days of dispatch.

Due to COVID-19 we are temporarily experiencing longer than usual order processing times on apparel orders only. Currently apparel order fulfillment can take up to 16 - 28 days depending on the items ordered. This will not slow down fulfillment of nutrient and additive products ordered. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Returns will only be accepted if there is a defect, misprint, incorrect item shipped or package arrives damaged. If there is an issue with your order, you must submit a photo, description and order number to us within 3 days of receiving your order via the Contact Us form or email to

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if you change your mind or order an incorrect size.
